<p style="text-indent: 24pt; line-height: 150%" align="left"><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 150%"><font style="font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 200%">（三）红十字志愿服务对象的资助；</font></span></p>

<p style="text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 23.5pt; line-height: 150%"><span style="line-height: 150%"><font style="font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 200%">红十字志愿服务经费的筹集、管理和使用应当公开，并依法接受有关部门和志愿者监督，任何组织与个人不得挪用志愿服务的经费。</font></span></p>

<p style="text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 24pt; line-height: 150%"><span style="line-height: 150%"><font style="font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 200%">（一）红十字志愿者在参加志愿服务时，要统一配发中国红十字志愿服务卡和服饰，并随身携带红十字志愿者证；在提供服务后，由红十字志愿服务组织在中国红十字志愿者证上登记志愿服务内容、时间等并盖章，服务时间以小时为计量单位。</font></span></p>
<p style="text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 24pt; line-height: 150%"><span style="line-height: 150%"><font style="font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 200%">鼓励各级红十字志愿服务组织，开展星级评定工作。</font></span></p>
<p style="text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 24pt; line-height: 150%"><font style="font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 200%">（二）各级红十字志愿服务组织应建立志愿者的登记注册管理制度，健全志愿服务档案管理系统，逐步实现网上登记和管理，促进管理工作的科学化、制度化和规范化。</font></p>
<p style="text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 24pt; line-height: 150%"><font style="font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 200%">（三）各级红十字志愿服务组织可定期或在重大活动时，组织志愿者进行宣誓。</font></p>
<p style="text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 24pt; line-height: 150%"><font style="font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 200%">红十字志愿者誓词：我宣誓，我志愿成为一名中国红十字志愿者，自觉遵守中国的法律法规，坚持红十字运动七项基本原则，尽己所能，不计报酬，为帮助他人和服务社会而工作。</font></p>

<p style="text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 24pt; line-height: 150%"><span style="line-height: 150%"><font style="font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 200%">（五）红十字志愿服务组织、志愿者和志愿服务对象之间是自愿、平等的关系，任何单位和个人不得强行要求志愿服务队提供服务。</font></span></p>
<p style="text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 24pt; line-height: 150%"><span style="line-height: 150%"><font style="font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 200%">（六）红十字志愿服务组织为志愿者安排的志愿服务活动，应当与志愿者的年龄、身体条件相适应，与红十字志愿服务项目所要求的知识技能相适应。未经协商，不得安排志愿者从事超出红十字志愿服务活动范围的工作。</font></span></p>
