<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 32pt"><span style="font-size: 16pt; font-family: 华文仿宋"><font style="font-size: 16pt; line-height: 150%">会上，业务部负责培训的工作人员认真传达了总会、市会文件内容要求，对“红十字急救掌上学堂” 作了具体介绍。急救手机软件“掌上学堂”具有学习、预防、应急、测试、信息五项主要功能，包括<span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 16pt; line-height: 150%">21</span>种常见伤病的紧急处置方法，能帮助使用者学习急救知识，在危急时刻能指导使用者进行正确的自救互救。它与同类型软件比较有四大特点：科学权威、简单实用、方便易学、免费下载。秘书长刘晓燕强调，普及应急救护知识和技能是红十字会的法定职责和核心业务，是红十字会坚持以人为本、保护人的生命与健康、落实人道惠民工作的具体体现。“掌上学堂”的推出是传播红十字急救知识和提高普及率，实现急救标准的国际统一和体现红十字运动统一性的尝试和举措。要求所有授课师资和志愿者充分认识其重要意义，利用课堂广泛宣传推广“掌上学堂”，大力推动其使用。</font></span></p>
